Please read the following carefully and only purchase if you agree to these terms. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me.

In purchasing one of my character designs (adoptables), you are agreeing to partial transfer of rights. This partial transfer of rights is for personal use only and I, the artist, retain copyright of the initial artwork and design to use on my websites, portfolios, etc. You as the client, are allowed to use the designs in your stories, concepts, redraw them, get commissions of them, print the artwork, use/repost it on your social media, etc; as long as it is for personal use! If you intend to use the design for commercial use whatsoever (games, stories, videos, mascots, other mass media consumption for profit) you MUST disclose this when purchasing as transfer of rights must be made (and an additional sum of generally three times the initial payment price).

☾∙ A r t i s t ' s r i g h t s －－
• I retain copyright to the original character artwork unless discussed otherwise.
• I reserve the right to use/publish and/or livestream and record the original character artwork for future use on my personal websites and portfolios, etc.
☾∙ C l i e n t ' s u s e a n d u n d e r s t a n d i n g －－
• The client does not own the right to reproduce the artwork for any profit whatsoever.
• The client agrees this is strictly for personal use. The client owns the right to use the original character artwork and character design as they like as long as proper credit is given to me as the original artist. This excludes publishing the artwork for profit.
• The client agrees that I, the artist, retains copyright of the original character artwork unless discussed otherwise.
• If the client intends to use the commissioned artwork for commercial use, this MUST be disclosed when purchasing as the transfer of rights must be purchased and will affect the total price.
•The client is allowed to change the characters backstory, gender, outfit and small details. The initial design should remain generally the same. Mixing and matching designs is prohibited.
•The client agrees if they wish to resell/trade the design for equal or lesser value, they must come to me to do so and we will put the design up for sale/trade together.
•Designs may be purchased as gifts or co-owned, but all parties must agree to these ToS.
☾∙ P a y m e n t a n d p r o c e s s －－
• Payments will be made with Paypal in USD.
• Payments must be made in full before the artwork and design is transferred.
• Payments will be initiated via an invoice sent to the client by the artist.

If the client fails to follow any of the above terms,
I (the artist) reserve the right to terminate or cancel
any agreement and retract any rights or designs.

Once you have purchased a design from me,
you will be sent a form to formally agree to these ToS.
You will then be asked for your username, name, and paypal address ✌
